Job Description:

As our delicious treats continue to make waves across various stockists, we’re on the hunt for a fun-loving, detail-oriented Wholesale Administrator to join our team and help us manage our growing network of sweet enthusiasts!

The Wholesale Administrator will be the icing on our cake, supporting our Head of Wholesale in managing our stockists with a sweet smile. This role involves coordinating with stockists, processing orders, maintaining inventory, and ensuring smooth operations in the wholesale department. Key Responsibilities:

Stockist Support:

  • Be the friendly face and point of contact for our stockists, providing them with top-notch service and support.
  • Keep our stockists in the loop with all the delicious details about our products, prices, and promotions.
  • Help nurture and grow relationships with our existing and potential stockists.

Order Magic:

  • Manage the order processing system, ensuring all orders are handled with precision and love.
  • Coordinate with our logistics team to ensure our goodies are delivered on time and in perfect condition.
  • Monitor order status and keep stockists updated on their tasty deliveries.

Inventory Wizardry:

  • Keep an eye on inventory levels to ensure we have enough treats to go around.
  • Work with the team to manage stock replenishments and transfers.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.

Data Delight:

  • Maintain accurate records of orders, stock levels, and stockist interactions.
  • Prepare fun and insightful reports on sales performance, stock levels, and other key metrics for the Head of Wholesale.
  • Analyse sales data to spot trends and uncover opportunities for growth.

Admin Excellence:

  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Wholesale, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing emails.
  • Help prepare and distribute our mouth-watering marketing materials to stockists.
  • Support the organization and execution of trade shows, events, and other promotional activities that showcase Dougies Bakery.

Customer Service Sweetness:

  • Handle customer service inquiries related to wholesale accounts with a smile and a solution.
  • Resolve any issues or complaints from stockists, escalating to the Head of Wholesale when needed.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, keeping our stockists happy and loyal.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a wholesale, sales, or administrative role is a big plus.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to juggle tasks like a pro.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a fun, dynamic team.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle tricky situations with a sprinkle of grace and professionalism.
