    Before you order

    When customising your diamonds please be aware of the following:

    Photo & Logo Toppers:

    • Photos & Logos should be uploaded via the "customise your order" section or, photos can be sent to cakes@dougiesgoodies.com
    • Only one photo / logo per order is allowed and will be placed on each of the diamonds.

    Message Toppers:

    • Please include your message in the "customise your order" section. You can also email your message later to cakes@dougiesgoodies.com
    • Please limit the message toppers to a maximum of 5 words (large diamonds) and 3 words (mini diamonds).

    Photo & Message Toppers:

    • Please include your logo & message in the "customise your order" section. You can also email your logo to cakes@dougiesgoodies.com
    • An even mix of logo and message toppers will be distributed amongst the amount of diamonds you order.
    • Please limit the message toppers to a maximum of 5 words (large diamonds) and 3 words (mini diamonds)
    Handling & Transport

    Collection

    Upon collection, a member of staff will present you with your diamonds. Please check that your diamonds personal message, photo, extras etc are as ordered.

    Handling

    Please remember to handle with care as your diamonds are freshly baked. Handle the bottom of the box to move the diamonds around and do not push the sides of the box in. When lifting your diamonds, keep flat and avoid slanting the box towards your body.

    Transportation

    Box should be placed on a flat surface such as a clear boot space or passenger footwell. You should never transport on a seat or someone's lap.
    Storage

    Store in a cool, dry place. Only items with fresh cream need to be placed in a fridge.
    Best Before

    Best consumed within 5 days.

    Contains Gluten, milk, soya, eggs.

    Our products are made in an environment where nuts, peanuts, eggs, milk, soya, sesame and gluten are used. For this reason we cannot guarantee they are free from traces of these allergens.

    Sprinkles can contain fish gelatine, bovine gelatine & agar.
