Refund policy

We genuinely hope you love your purchase from Dougies Goodies. If, however, upon receiving your order, the products are not as specified, incomplete, or damaged, please contact us immediately at 02825 649241. We will strive to correct or replace the items promptly. If that isn't feasible, we'll refund the relevant items. If you receive damaged goods, please retain the product and its packaging for our inspection. Depending on our evaluation we will either refund the price you paid or offer you a credit for future purchases. We are not liable for any indirect losses.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase. Once a refund is issued, the legal ownership of the returned goods will revert to us.

Please understand that taste is subjective, and therefore we cannot accept returns simply based on personal preference.

We take great care to accurately represent the colours and designs of our products on our website. As we are a bakery, and our products are hand-made, slight variations can occur. Moreover, the actual product colour may vary depending on your monitor and its settings. As such, we cannot guarantee that what you see on your screen perfectly represents the product's colour, and we cannot accept returns based on colour discrepancies.
