Handling & Transport
Collection
Upon collection, a member of staff will present you with your cake. Please check your cake - personal message, photo, extras etc are as ordered.
Handling
Please remember to handle with care as your cake is freshly baked. Use the cake board and bottom of the box to move the cake around and do not push the sides of the box in. When lifting your cake, keep flat and avoid slanting the cake towards your body.
Transportation
Cakes should be placed on a flat surface such as a clear boot space or passenger footwell. You should never transport on a seat or someone's lap.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Only cakes with fresh cream need to be placed in a fridge.
Best Before
Best consumed within 5 Days except Fresh cream cakes use within 2 Days.

I ordered online so wasn’t sure how it would turn out. We were very happy with my granddaughters birthday cake, everyone remarked how delicious it was. We will definitely order from DG again
Ordered a cake for a wedding anniversary, picked up and initially icing was smudged by the box, came back half hour later and they had it all fixed so was nice they took the time to make it right, cake looked well, tasted good, thought the sponge was a bit dry compared to the slab cake but possibly due to the size, was still well enjoyed
This cake was beautiful and delicious especially the vanilla...will always get my birthday cakes here.... great communication between myself and the company so ensure I got the perfect cake....highly recommend.
