Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with customers over the phone and via email, providing assistance with enquiries, orders, and feedback.
2. Process orders accurately and efficiently using Shopify, ensuring all details are captured flawlessly.
3. Share your passion for our bakery delights by offering recommendations and answering questions.
4. Handle customer concerns and issues with care, turning any negative experiences into positive ones.
5. Use your creativity to edit and enhance images for custom cake prints, making each one a masterpiece.
6. Collaborate with our bakery team to bring custom cake designs to life, ensuring they exceed customer expectations.
7. Bring your positive attitude and willingness to learn to every shift, helping us create a welcoming atmosphere for all.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service roles, is a bonus, but passion for our Product and Customers is key .
• Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Creative flair and enthusiasm for image editing and design.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• A can-do attitude and a genuine desire to make every customer's day a little sweeter.
